So today on my way to get some sustenance I decided it would be a great idea to visit my local cut price book store. This was a great idea as I got paid the other day like millions of people across the world (Amazon haul pending).
Before going to the Cut-Price Book Store though, I decided to take a look in The Works. They have cool stationary and I like to look at it. Don't judge. Low and behold whilst I was there I found a collection of the Maze Runner trilogy. People have been constantly raving about this book series so I decided to by it. Here is the great part. The retail price for this collection is £21.99 ($35.55) but I got it for... £4.99 ($8.07)!
I then proceeded to my original destination. I knew what I was getting but when I got there I couldn't find it. After some digging around and a weird look from an old woman I found it. Persuasion by Jane Austen. Why was she searching so hard for that, they sell it everywhere?! I hear you saying. Well, in the spirit of a bargain hunt, the Cut Price Book Store has a set price of £1.99 ($3.22) on all classics. I don't really like the cover but this version is only 270 pages long meaning I will probably power through it one day.
